Terms and Conditions for the Use of Gift Cards, Personalized Invitations and Vouchers

I. General Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for the sale and redemption of:
    • Printed and electronic Gift Cards,
    • Printed and electronic Personalized Invitations,
    • Printed and electronic Tasting Dinner Vouchers,
      issued by the restaurant U Myśliwych (hereinafter: “the Restaurant”).
  2. A Gift Card, Personalized Invitation or Voucher (hereinafter: “Voucher”) constitutes a document entitling the holder to use the Restaurant’s services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  3. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  4. Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the document. After the expiration date, the Voucher becomes invalid.
  5. Vouchers may be redeemed only on-site in the Restaurant.
  6. In the event of loss, destruction or theft of a Voucher, the Restaurant does not issue a duplicate.
  7. Each Voucher may be redeemed once only. Any unused balance (for value-based Vouchers) is not refundable.

II. Printed Gift Card

a) Gift Card – Dinner Set

  • Includes the following set: Starter, Main Course, Dessert, Non-alcoholic Drink and Alcoholic Drink.
  • The holder may choose any dish from each category on the menu, excluding “Special Order” items in the Main Course section.
  • Upon request:
    • the starter may be exchanged for soup,
    • the alcoholic drink may be exchanged for a non-alcoholic drink.

b) Gift Card – Value-Based

  • The purchaser chooses any value to be used in the Restaurant (the amount is written manually on the back of the card).
  • Redemption is single-use, and any unused balance is not refunded.

*After redemption, the invitation is marked with a dry seal to prevent reuse.

III. Electronic Gift Card

a) Gift Card – Dinner Set

  • Rules as in Section II.a.

b) Gift Card – Value-Based

  • The purchaser selects any amount (minimum 150 PLN).

*A unique electronic code is generated after purchase, entitling the holder to redemption and preventing reuse.

IV. Printed Personalized Invitation

a) Invitation – One Dinner Set

  • Includes: Starter, Main Course, Dessert, Non-alcoholic Drink and Alcoholic Drink.
  • Dish selection follows the rules in Section II.a.
  • The Invitation contains a space for manually entering the names “to” and “from”, filled in by the purchaser or Restaurant staff.

b) Invitation – Two Dinner Sets

  • Includes two full sets (Starter, Main Course, Dessert, Non-alcoholic Drink and Alcoholic Drink).
  • Dish selection and personalization follow the rules above.

c) Invitation – Value-Based

  • The purchaser or Restaurant staff manually enters the names and any selected value (minimum 250 PLN) to be redeemed in the Restaurant.

*After redemption, the invitation is marked with a dry seal to prevent reuse.

V. Electronic Personalized Invitation

a) Invitation – One Dinner Set

  • Rules as in Section IV.a.

b) Invitation – Two Dinner Sets

  • Rules as in Section IV.b.

c) Invitation – Value-Based

  • Rules as in Section IV.c.

VI. Printed Tasting Dinner Voucher

a) Voucher – Tasting Dinner

  • Includes a 6-course tasting menu selected by the Restaurant.

b) Voucher – Tasting Dinner with Wine Pairing

  • Includes a 6-course tasting menu selected by the Restaurant.
  • A specially paired glass of wine is served with each dish (except soup).

*After redemption, the voucher is marked with a dry seal to prevent reuse.

VII. Electronic Tasting Dinner Voucher

a) Voucher – Tasting Dinner

  • Rules as in Section VI.a.

b) Voucher – Tasting Dinner with Wine Pairing

  • Rules as in Section VI.b.

*A unique electronic code is generated after purchase, entitling the holder to redemption and preventing reuse.

VIII. Final Provisions

  1. Purchasing and redeeming a Voucher constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The Restaurant reserves the right to refuse redemption of a Voucher in cases of attempted reuse.
